Scott Murray is a Health and Wellness advisor in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland/UK. He is qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and started his own business in 2013 called ‘Momentum Personal Development.’ His job involves helping clients to reach their optimum health and fitness levels through consultations, exercise programmes and personal training sessions.
With time and experience he discovered his true passion lays in general health, physique and wellness for the average person looking to develop healthy habits and routines in their lives. This led him to pursue a career in writing about holistic health, and produce his first book ‘Strip The Fat & Look Good In That.’
The book aims to serve as a practical blueprint covering all the key areas of health, including: exercise, nutrition, weight loss, cooking and recipes, supplements, positive life habits, mind-set, strategies, and exercise
planning. As an author, he plans to write more books on other important areas relevant to human lifestyle such as: relationships, leadership, financial, success/life, and universal laws.
