1. Writing

2. Submission
You submit your book to us after checking it’s in our subject matter and you think you have something that could spark our interest.
3. Review
Our editorial team will read it over a nice warm cup of coffee (or tea) and make a decision.
6. Publishing
If we like it and you like us we will contact you by phone or email to discuss a contract.
5. Package
Once you sign the contract and pay for a publishing package.
4. Contract
We get to work and produce your bestselling book.

The Publishing Process
Marketing/Sales
As soon as we decide to publish your book we begin marketing and selling activities. Once it is published then we increase the sales activities for your book. We can help you with book review and features, author interviews and public events such as book signings. We also help to build an online web presence, offer email campaigns, negotiate with booksellers and distributors, can produce flyers and posters, press releases.
Editorial
It is essential that your work is proofread and copy edited before going to print. Our industry professionals from the sFEP (Society of Proofreaders) will thoroughly check your work for spelling, grammar and punctuation.
For fiction this involves an overview of the book such as the structure and narrative pacing to character development and general style. For non fiction work this looking at illustrations, appendices, bibliography, notes and index.
Design
Designers will help you to create a front cover and interior of your book. A visually appealing front cover is imperative to attracting interest. People do judge a book by their front cover so give your work the best chances of success. The interior look and feel will also be designed before the book goes to print. You can choose from our set page design or another design to suit your preferences.
Production
This is a highly technical area involving managing the physical aspects of typesetting, printing and binding. Choose which format you want to publish to, e.g. hardback, paperback or an E-book. You can decide on the size of the print run or choose Print On Demand (POD) services.

E-book Conversion
Have your work converted to an Ebook file which can be sold through many retailers such as Amazon Kindle, Nook, IPad, Iphones and Kobo. Choose your own distribution or we can help you sell with these companies.
Book Review
You can choose to have your book reviewed by leading reviewers in the industry. This is geared for self-publishers who would like the added benefit of quality assurance to attract readers and publishers
Press Release & PR Campaign
A good PR campaign can launch your profile as an author and book into the public eye. We work with seasoned PR specialists such as JHPR & Literally PR to help youa chieve this. They will build a tailored campaign to your needs with a proven track record of getting media coverage across print, online and broadcast media
Advanced Marketing
There are many ways to market your book in today’s world of web and communications. We work with specialist book promoters whose job it is to help you market and promote your book. As a standard package we will enroll you with our marketers and you will receive 1 month of tweets, and either 2 extra books or a book trailer! Your book will also be included in that month’s special offer email.
Audio Book
As a writer it is nice to get your book out into all the formats possible to allow your readers the flexibility of accessing your titles and creating more revenue. We can help you to make a quality audio book to be sold through Audible, ACX and Itunes
Illustration
Every book is different and deserves to be presented in a unique way. If your book is specialised such as a graphic novel, history book or other technical discipline we can put you in touch with our in-house illustrator or other freelancers to help you get the images you desire.
